Should my file be designed using CMYK or RGB color palette?
All files should be designed and uploaded in CMYK. It is recommended to use GRACoL2006_Coated1v2, our preferred color profile, for better color accuracy. If you upload a file in RGB, the color will be converted into CMYK and may not be as accurate.
As a good rule of thumb, if your file contains large quantities of blues and purples, it may be best to limit magenta hues in the design by at least 10%. For more information on how to get the blue, black, dark red or other colors for print, please refer to RGB vs. CMYK.Please note the Color Fidelity warrantied by Overnight Prints is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." We offer no guarantee of "matchprint" or "match-product." Overnight Prints cannot prevent slight color shifts throughout an order, and does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customer's monitor.
