- Add rounded corners on your postcards
- Include a box for the stamp in your design
- Create mail designs containing any vulgarity, pornographic or illegal material as they will not be mailed
- Adhere to USPS Regulations

Do you have guidelines for file creation?
Yes, both our online designer and Start Files for external programs contain guidelines for preparing artwork.
ONLINE DESIGNER Our online designer contains two (2) guidelines:
Safe Zone (Red): Place all important text and images well within the Safe Zone. The innermost line illustrates the cutting margin. We can potentially cut the cards up to this point. Anything extending outside this area risks being trimmed.
Bleed Edge (Green): Extend your background image past the Bleed Edge. Unless designing with a border, it is highly recommended to size image files all the way to this outer line to ensure the background fully extends to the edge of the card.
EXTERNAL PROGRAM Download one of our START FILES in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, JPEG or PDF. Each file contains pre-formatted guidelines with step-by-step instructions on how to prepare your artwork using an external program. Be sure to verify the correct Product Specifications prior to uploading your design.

How do I prepare my design file?
To ensure your design meets Overnight Prints required specifications, it is recommended to download our product Start Files.
To submit, please upload flattened files under 100 MB per side. To decrease file size, we recommend LZW compression. Please do not submit transparent or multi-layered files. These files may result in issues as our system has difficulty rendering files with multiple images, graphic and text layers, etc.
- File types: Accepted file types include TIF, PSD, PDF, JPG, EPS, PNG and AI (Version 9 or newer). We do not support native INDD files (Adobe InDesign).
- Resolution: Files must be high resolution at 300 dpi.
