I received a defective product. What do I do?
If you believe that you received a defective product, Overnight Prints must be contacted within 30 days of receiving your order via Online Chat with the following:
- The quantity of defective products and the specific set, if any
- A photograph of the defective product fanned out with a sampling from the front, middle and end of the package(s)
- A written description of the defect
- Order number
